Health Select has a new fleet of 2005 series Ford Transits, built to Ambulance Standards Victoria Specifications - the youngest fleet of vehicles in the Non Emergency Patient Transport sector in Australia.

Each vehicle is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators, Pulse Oxymetry, Blood Glucose Monitoring capability, dual stretchers, with the capability of conversion to single stretcher providing additional seating for the transport of high acuity patients.

The Douglas tracking mechanism is fitted to all stretcher vehicles for the restraint of all additional equipment and patient luggage and walking aids. This restraint mechanism is fully compliant with OH&S requirements ensuring safe transportation of staff, patient and equipment.

Clinic

The Health Select Clinic Division provides transport services for ambulant and stand transfer patients traveling to and from appointments and treatments.
